- Tuna – 1 tin (small) in oil
- Onion – 1 medium
- Green Chillies – 3 chopped very fine
- Ginger – 1 small piece chopped fine
- Potatoes – 2 small boiled and mashed
- Oil and salt – to taste
- Curry leaves
- Egg white
- Bread crumbs
Squeeze out the oil from the fish. Keep it aside.
Sauté the onions, ginger in oil. Add in salt. Add in 2 pinches of fish masala. Put the fish bits and allow the water content to evaporate. Add in the cooked potatoes and lastly finely chopped curry leaves. Mix well. Make this mixture into cutlets. Dip in egg white and then in bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
