Pineapple Cake

1. Corn flower – 2 tea spoon

  • Pineapple juice – ¼ cup
  • Orange juice – ¼ cup

2. Pineapple chopped small – 1 cup

  • Sugar – 2 table spoon

3. Butter – ½ cup

  • Powdered sugar – ½ cup

4. Eggs – 2 (beat)

5. Maida – 1 cup

  • Baking powder – sieved together

6. Orange peel – 1 tea spoon

Apple Cake

1. Sugar – 2 ¼ cups

  • Coconut Oil – 1 ½ cup

2. Vanilla essence – 1 tea spoon

3. Eggs – 3

4. Maida – 3 cups

  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Soda bicarbonate – ¾ teaspoon

5. Nuts fried in ghee – 1 ¼ cup

6. Finely chopped apple – 3 ½ cups

Carrot Cake

  1. Eggs – 3
  2. Sugar (powdered) – 1 ½ cups
  3. Oil – 1 ½ cup
  4. Maida – 2 cups (sieved)
    Cinnamon (powdered) – 1 pinch
    Salt – 1 pinch
    Baking Powder – 1 ½ tea spoon
  5. Grated carrot – 1 cup
  6. Sugar – ½ cup (caramelized)

Pre heat oven at 220 degree Celsius. Beat 1,2,3 together adding little by little. Add in 4 and then 5. Lastly add in 6. Transfer into a baking dish and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Reduce and set the heat to 180 degree Celsius. Bake the cake for 1 hour continuously. If cooked well take it out.

 

 

Mocha Truffles

  • Dark Chocolate – 200 gm
  • Fresh Cream – ½ cup
  • Instant Coffee Powder – 1 tea spoon
  • Coco Powder – ½ cup

Method

Heat cream in a pan on sim fire.
Keep stirring.
Chop the dark chocolate and add the cream to it.
Keep on stirring for about 3 minutes.
Cool this mixture in a refrigerator for seven hours.
When hard, take it as scoops.
Coat then with the coco powder and refrigerate it for some more time.
