- Dark Chocolate – 200 gm
- Fresh Cream – ½ cup
- Instant Coffee Powder – 1 tea spoon
- Coco Powder – ½ cup
Heat cream in a pan on sim fire.
Chop the dark chocolate and add the cream to it.
Keep on stirring for about 3 minutes.
Cool this mixture in a refrigerator for seven hours.
When hard, take it as scoops.
Coat then with the coco powder and refrigerate it for some more time.
