  • If you have trouble falling asleep here are some tips for better sleep.
  • Prepare a schedule of what time you will go to sleep and wake up. Even during holidays stick to this schedule.
  • Try not to sleep during the daytime. Even if you get a chance to sleep during the day, stick to your sleep schedule.
  • Don’t exercise right before you go to sleep. If you want exercise lightly 3 hours before you go to sleep.


The best relaxation way for a human being is proper sleep. Lack of sleep may cause diseases like BP, stress, heart diseases , diseases related to brain and affect even sexually.  A person who gets a sound sleep is said to be lucky one. It is always said that one should sleep 7 to 8 hours. Sleeping more than that also is not advisable. When we are under stress, we lose sleep. The brain has a gland melatonin which put us to sleep.
